Raynaud’s Disease and Cold Feet
Raynaud’s disease is another condition that causes cold hands and feet. Raynauds typically triggers when there is cold weather and the body overreacts and starts to disrupt the blood supply to your extremities. It can however also be caused by stress.
Whilst this blood flow problem may initially only be temporary it can cause your fingers and toes to go white. The narrowing of the blood vessels and the freezing hands and feet is clearly going to be uncomfortable and if it continues it can create further medical problems.

Although these may appear to be marketed at people with pain problems they are also brilliant at helping to keep you warm when you are sitting still and are a step up from a hot water bottle.
